  • Each member is responsible for monthly dues and food minimums to maintain membership.

  • To assure proper service, reservations should be made with The Club in advance.

  • Gratuity is not automatically added. It is based on the discretion of the member.

  • Membership card will be presented upon each visit to The Club. Credit cards will only be accepted when a member in the dining room or lounge requests that their guests pay. Credit card purchases do not apply to monthly food minimums. Cash payments for food and beverage cannot be accepted at any time.

  • Food minimum charges are calculated from the basic food amount charged to your account on a calendar month. Beverages do not apply toward the food minimum.

  • Statements are rendered on the first day of each month. Balance in full is due no later than the 21st day of the following month. Payments not received by the 21st are subject to a late charge of 1 1/2% monthly or 18% annually.

  • Proper business attire is required during lunch hours in both the lounge and dining room. Lounge attire requires dress slacks and shirts. No jeans or shorts are allowed in The Club. Exceptions to this policy may occur on prearranged special occasions.

  • All complaints concerning the operation of The Club or the demeanor of other members and their guests, shall be made in writing, signed and addressed to the Club Manager. Complaints against employees shall be made to The Club Manager in the same manner.

  • The Club's Ownership and Management authorized to amend the foregoing from time to time, as they deem necessary.
